爱伦坡奖

末示夕

爱伦坡奖 堪称是历史最悠久、影响力最大的侦探小说奖项。又称埃德加奖。以世界侦探小说开山鼻祖埃德加 爱伦 坡（Edgar Allen Poe）的名字命名，由美国侦探作家协会在1946年创立，并由美国侦探作家协会裁定。是世界优秀侦探小说最具权威的奖项。入选者可以获得奖状，获奖者将获得一尊埃德加·爱伦·坡像（大乌鸦奖除外，获奖者获颁一座乌鸦像）。每年4月由美国侦探作家协会（MWA）颁授。一些奖项现在已经取消，比如最佳外语片、最佳广播剧等。各个奖项入选条件不一，但是都需要如下四个条件：作品必须该评选年首次在美国出版；外国作品必须是该评选年第一次在美国出版；关于舞台剧因为很多方面的因素，是否属于第一次上演由该评选委员会决定。
　　每部作品只能提交一个奖项，罗伯特·L·费许奖和玛丽·希金斯·克拉克奖除外。
最佳小说奖（1954年）必须是精装本小说，奖励一年来在美国以英语出奔的世界各国籍作家的优秀长篇侦探侦探小说）
最佳处女作（1946年）精装小说或者平装小说，必须是美国作家且第一次出版作品。
最佳平装本小说（1970年）平装本小说，平装处女作必须提交搭最佳处女作奖项。
最佳短篇小说（1951年）来自杂志、报刊、文选或者网站。短篇小说作品数字最多22000单词，超过这字数的作品需要提交给长篇部门。
最佳犯罪实录（1948年）精装本或者平装本，非小说类。
最佳评论／传记（1977年）精装本或者平装本，传记指侦探小说作家或者此领域其它著名人物，但不可以是罪犯。
最佳青少年读物（1989年）精装本或者平装本。阅读年龄在12－18岁之间。
最佳儿童读物（1961年）精装本或者平装本。阅读年龄在5－11岁之间。
最佳单集电视影视剧本（1952年）该年播放过的电视剧单集剧本。
最佳电视连续剧剧本（1972年）该年播放过的电视连续剧迷你剧剧本。
最佳电影剧本（1946年）该年在电影院播放过的电影。
最佳外国语电影剧本（1949年－1966年）该年播出过的外语类电影剧本。
最佳舞台剧（1950年）该年在舞台上演出过的剧目。
最佳广播剧（1946年－1960年）该年在广播剧的剧集。
杰出侦探评议（1946年－1967年）
特别奖（1949年）
埃勒里 奎恩奖（1983年） 以作家兼编辑埃勒里•奎因命名。表彰创作团队以及在侦探出版领域的有功之臣。
罗伯特L费雪纪念奖（1984年） 以短篇小说家罗伯特L费雪命名。授予美国作家最佳短篇处女作作品，且作者之前没有发表过作品。获奖者收到奖牌和奖金。
大乌鸦奖（1953年） 由美国侦探作家协会每年授予，表彰那些在侦探小说领域功勋卓著的人。
书袋奖（1955年－1975年）
终身大师（1955年） 由美国侦探作家协会每年授予，表彰那些在侦探小说领域功勋卓著的人。
玛丽 海金斯 克拉克奖（2001年） 由美国侦探作家协会选出，作品必须类似克拉克的写作风格。
