Job Description:
In this position, you will be assigned to support Rack Scale Architecture solution development. The job mainly includes: setup the hardware and software environment for specific applications, testing, support engineers to debug issues, fine-tune and optimize the solution, and assist in the documentation works. Occasionally, you will be assigned to develop some software for the projects.
Qualifications:
You should be a first or second year graduated student major in Software Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Additional qualifications include:
• Expected to work at least 16 hours every week during regular working hour and last at least six months
• Hard working, carefulness, patience and disciplined
• Strong C/C++ programming skills.
• Knowledge in server, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Knowledge in design or implementation of multitask, event driven real time firmware using C and understanding of RTOS concepts including task switching, deadlocks, and resource management issues
• Demonstrate good communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
• Knowledge of IA architecture and EFI BIOS would be a good plus.
• Knowledge of cloud management, like OpenStack would be a good plus
• Knowledge of TCP/IP protocol and have experience in solving complicated network issue would be a good plus.
• Experience of ARM or equivalent processors would be a plus.

Hardware Intern
Job Description:

Hardware (Power Conversion) Intern
Job Description
Perform some initiatives exploration, in-depth analysis, and conduct tests on prototype to verify the theoretical study on some advanced power delivery technology for Server/clients application. In addition, will perform some simulations to assist analysis for some new thoughts to optimize server power sub-systems both for cost saving and density increase moltivation.
Qualifications:
• Typically requires MSEE or above in power technologies and applications.
• 3+ years of experience in DC/DC power related design is highly desirable. Experience in the design of AC/DC power conversion circuits and modules is also highly desirable.
• Expected to work at least 16 hours every week during regular working hour and last at least six months
• Proved Excellent HW/analog circuit debug capability and skillful to use normal oscilloscope for circuit signal (both high speed and low speed) analysis.
• Excellent written/verbal English communication skills.
• A good team player, enjoys working in fast paced and often multi-project environment and well self-driven.
• Skilled with Microsoft Mathcad.
